How long does delivery take?

All of our artworks are made-to-order, processing and delivery times will vary based on the complexity and size of each artwork.

Estimates for lead time: 

Curation time: 1-3 weeks (depending on artwork size) for our artists to create your artwork.

Shipping time: 

Australia: 3-7 business days.

USA: 5-10 business days.

How are the artworks packaged?

Framed paintings are packed carefully in a secured wooden box.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as Australia Post, FedEx or DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Australia and the United States only. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Yes, Trinity Art insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, please let us know.
